Dwein Trask...I am now enoying my 18th year in the Real Estate industry.  This is my 8th year operating my namesake brokerage.  I have been very fortunate.

I came to the industry after 32 years of farming in the Harris district southwest of Saskatoon.  At that time our 3rd and last child had left home and my wife and I decided it was time for a change.

I joined Century 21 and enjoyed a fruitfull 10 years there where I achieved the Grand Centurion award for 10 years of Centurion perfomance.

I still enjoy my Century 21 connections and setting up my own brokerage just seemed like a natural progression to me.

Amanda Cobler joined the business in 2008 at Century 21 in an administration role and later a licensed Realtor and Victoria Bester joined us in 2013 when Dwein Trask Realty Inc. was created.

Amanda functions as office manager-licensed salesperson and many have become familiar with her voice while trying to reach me.

Acreages and farmland have been of special interest in my own business but I also enjo the Saskatoon city Real Estate market where Amanda,Victoria and myself operate regualarily.  We have had very good success working in many of Saskatchewan's small towns and villages as well.

We have a failry laid back approach to Real Estate at our brokerage.  Our past knowledge and experience gives us the opportunity to move your sale or purchase throught the process with high efficiency.  Our compact size also gives us the time to discuss,consider and advance in a much more measured pace if you are looking to build your confindence in the process.
